What’s next? Don’t like how a movie ended? No probs we’ll go reshoot one you do like. I hate bioware for this, a videogame is like any other entertainment medium, the artist/designer/director/dev make it, the consumer consumes it and then either likes or dislikes. If you dislike it, you try something else and see if you like it, you don’t expect it to be redone to suit you you selfish moron, it’s not a fucking fan made project, get the fuck over yourselves, your opinions are not facts. I blame anonymous internet arguing for blinding people to this simple fact.

yeah except that video games are not just like any other medium, they are the one medium where patches and expansions happen all the time, it is the most flexible and interactive medium of entertainment there is.  Unlike art or movies, consumers of games are an actual part of the work since games only happen if the consumer plays them, thus their experience is exponentially more important than it is with just movies or art.

Perhaps someone should inform him what happened when Sir Arthur Conan Doyle killed off Sherlock Holmes over a century ago… just sayin’.

The artistic credibility of all non-Conan Doyle Holmes is entirely another debate. I’m sure Cumberbatch/Downey jr. Holmes wrinkles the noses of many an English Lit. professor ;)
